Section 1: Overview

Before and After Photography, operated by 4B Media Group LLC (DBA Before and After Photography LLC), offers interactive photography and messaging services where guests may receive images and updates via SMS, QR code, or facial recognition. By entering the designated photo area, scanning the QR code, or signing up for communications, you agree to the terms outlined below. Guests are encouraged to review all terms prior to participation.

Section 2: Consent to Photography

By entering the designated photo area, participating in any photo experience, or scanning the QR code to access your gallery, you grant permission to BNA to photograph, video record, and/or capture your likeness. This applies to all individuals present in the frame.

If minors are present, a parent or guardian must provide implied or explicit consent by allowing the minor to enter the photo zone.

Section 3: Model Release & Usage Rights

You acknowledge and agree that: - BNA and the event host may use your likeness in images or video for promotional, advertising, or marketing purposes across digital, print, and social platforms.

- No compensation or royalties will be paid for such use unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

- BNA retains ownership of all images taken during the event.

- You may receive a private gallery for personal use, but usage rights remain non-exclusive and limited to personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Section 4: Data Collection & Use

When you scan a QR code, opt into photo delivery, or sign up for SMS services, we may collect the following:

- Name, email address, mailing address, and mobile phone number.

- This data may be collected via our website form, event interactions, rental agreement, or third-party reservation tools.

We use this data solely for:

- Delivering event photos

- Responding to customer inquiries - Providing important updates and communications

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Section 5: SMS Messaging Terms

By opting into SMS services, you agree to receive recurring messages. Message frequency may vary.

- MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY depending on your mobile carrier.

- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or CANCEL or by contacting us directly.

- After unsubscribing, you will receive a final message confirming your opt-out. Your number will be removed within 24 hours.

- To request HELP, text or email us, and we will provide our phone number, email, and website.

Section 6: Privacy, Delivery & Data Retention

Galleries are delivered via text, email, or secure URL using facial recognition or QR code. - Facial recognition is optional and used only for secure gallery delivery.

- We retain your information and gallery data for up to 90 days post-event unless otherwise requested.

- BNA complies with all applicable federal and Ohio state data privacy regulations.

Section 7: Opt-Out & Removal Requests

If you do not wish to be photographed or would like to request image removal: - Please avoid entering the designated photo zone.

- Submit a removal request via email to info@beforeandafterphoto.net, including event name and image description.

- Removal requests will be honored within 72 hours of receipt.

Section 8: Event Organizer & Sponsor

Use Event organizers and sponsors may access branded versions of photos for use in:

- Post-event recaps

- Social media

- Internal marketing collateral Usage is limited to non-commercial purposes unless otherwise stated in the event agreement.

Section 9: Liability Disclaimer

BNA shall not be held responsible for:

- Any unauthorized sharing or downloading of your image by other guests

- Images posted by third-party platforms

- Technical issues with photo delivery or QR code access We encourage guests to respect others’ privacy when sharing event media.
